OpenAI has confidentially filed for an IPO with the SEC. The company has yet to decide on the timing of the offering. OpenAI plans to facilitate a tender offer that will allow employees to sell shares at its latest $852 billion post-money valuation to alleviate some near-term liquidity pressure.
