Dear Friends,
As we head into the summer months and the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic, children remain home from school and many parents are still out of work. Families are cooking more meals at home and food budgets are increasing significantly, making it harder to make ends meet. Thousands of local residents are desperate for help.
Donations slow during the summer more than any other time of year, and the United Way of Tri-County is doing everything we can to keep up throughout this unprecedented time.
Since March, we have nearly doubled the amount of food distributed at our three food pantries compared to the same time last year.
While the future remains uncertain, our mission and commitment to serving the community remains the same.
Contributions from people like you are why the United Way of Tri-County can help so many struggling individuals and families keep food on their tables.
The time to help is now!
Thank you for considering a gift to the United Way of Tri-County, and on behalf of all of us, have a great summer!
Gratefully,
