Susan Spencer was named general manager of the Philadelphia Eagles in 1984, becoming the first — and only — female to hold that position in NFL history. Susan is now living with Alzheimer's; her daughter, Marnie, is her primary caregiver and says her goal is to give back to Susan as much as she can every day.
