As a supporter of the Alzheimer's Association®, you've shown how much the fight against Alzheimer's means to you. We invite you to continue your commitment by registering to join us for The Longest Day®.
The Longest Day is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. On June 21, thousands of participants from across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer's through an activity of their choice. Together, they use their creativity and passion to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association®.
Participating in The Longest Day is easy. Just choose a favorite activity, or something you're already doing, and add fundraising. Whether you're planning a neighborhood block party, enjoy karaoke, or play softball with friends after work, any activity can be a fundraiser for The Longest Day!
You can't buy this T-shirt anywhere — it's only for participants of The Longest Day! Register for The Longest Day by June 5 to guarantee your official, limited-edition event T-shirt will be delivered in time for the summer solstice.
Dear Tushar, This is the last time I'll reach out to you for help with our $50,000 One-Week Match Challenge. With our deadline less than three days away, we've not yet raised the $50,000 needed to secure the crucial matching funds pledged by our generous donor who wishes to remain anonymous.
Our donor, like you, is committed to ending this cruel disease and their generous gift will support Alzheimer's research. They've pledged to match every gift received to this challenge, up to $50,000, until May 31; but that doesn't leave us much time.
Every gift matters in this fight. And we can only win this fight with the support of our community — caring people like you, giving whatever you can. It will be our strong community coming together that will push us over the finish line.
Because you are someone who believes in our fight to end Alzheimer's, you're a vital part of our community. This is your last chance to have your first gift double in impact to ensure that we continue providing care and support resources and accelerating research. We can't meet this challenge without you.
Please don't miss this amazing opportunity to be part of our $50,000 One-Week Match Challenge. Please donate now.
Your gift can go twice as far in the fight to end Alzheimer's.
Alzheimer's is devastating in so many ways. In 2022, Alzheimer's and other dementias will cost the nation $321 billion, and that number could soar to nearly $1 trillion by 2050.
However, beyond the financial impact of this disease is the devastation it causes and the emotional toll it takes on all those impacted. Tushar, we must do all we can to end this cruel thief of a disease. This is why I'm asking you urgently to step forward today and give your best gift. Please, with so much at stake, don't let us fall short of this opportunity to further our work. If everyone reading this gives $16 right now, we can reach our goal to maximize our impact before our deadline.
Memorial Day is coming up soon. You might choose to make your gift in honor of our nation's veterans — just one of the many communities being hit hard by this devastating disease.
Whatever and however you choose to give, please know that you'll be making a big difference. And your help is appreciated more than I can express.
P.S. This $50,000 One-Week Match Challenge is ending in less than 72 hours — along with your chance to have your gift go twice as far to help realize our vision of a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia. I know our strong community can come together to get this done. Please help us reach our goal.
Your donation will strengthen our efforts to advance Alzheimer's care, support and research. From face-to-face support to online education programs and promising global research initiatives, your gift makes a difference in the lives of all those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias in your community and across the world. Thank you for your continued support.
