Lecanemab shows potential as Alzheimer’s treatment
The drug lecanemab shows potential as an Alzheimer’s disease treatment, according to new Phase 3 trial results. Lecanemab is an experimental dementia drug that appears to slow the progression of cognitive decline. The Alzheimer’s Association is encouraged by these results and calls for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s accelerated approval of lecanemab.

FWD: ENDS AT MIDNIGHT: Your chance to make 2X the impact on #GivingTuesday

Tushar, I'm making sure you saw this FINAL CALL to participate in our $700,000 Matching Gift Challenge for #GivingTuesday. The clock's inching closer to midnight, and I don't want you to miss your chance to double your impact on the fight against Alzheimer's when you make your first gift now.

Donate Now

This is an incredible opportunity. A generous donor, who wishes to remain anonymous, has pledged to match all gifts, up to $700,000, and has challenged our community to raise that same amount by December 31. Their gift will support critical dementia research that may one day end Alzheimer's disease.

That's a gift so many affected families are hoping for, and it's especially top of mind at this time of year. The holiday season can be particularly challenging for families coping with this disease. Now more than ever, they need the help of friends like you to navigate this journey. Your #GivingTuesday gift can still go twice as far to provide compassionate, high-quality care and support and accelerate research, but please donate now.

Make your generous first gift before #GivingTuesday comes to an end, while it can still go twice as far to support our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

Donate Now

With deep appreciation,
Liz Adams

$700,000 Matching Gift Challenge
Dear Tushar,

In just a few hours, #GivingTuesday will be over for another year. I couldn't let the day end without offering you one more opportunity to take advantage of our $700,000 Matching Gift Challenge.

Help bring hope, resources and year-round support to the millions of individuals living with Alzheimer's disease. Please don't wait.

Donate Now

#GivingTuesday is a day to celebrate generosity. The effects of your generosity tonight will be felt well beyond #GivingTuesday. Because of you, when someone desperate for answers about a loved one's Alzheimer's diagnosis dials our free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900), they'll find a specialist on the other end of the line, ready to answer questions, offer confidential care consultations, crisis assistance and more. And because of you, a visionary scientist working on a newly funded research project knows they have the potential to accelerate research toward new methods of diagnosis, treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

Donate Now

Our generous match donor, who wishes to remain anonymous, has pledged to help us advance the best dementia science worldwide — and to match all gifts up to a total of $700,000, but only if we raise that same amount by December 31.

#GivingTuesday only comes once a year, and now it's almost over. Before it ends, you can still show your commitment during our $700,000 Matching Gift Challenge and DOUBLE your impact.

Please give now while you can achieve 2X the impact:
$16 can become $32.
Many are selecting this.
$30 can become $60.
$50 can become $100.
Double my impact now.

Don't miss your chance to make a gift before this once-a-year celebration of giving is over. When you join our fight with your first gift, it can go twice as far to help provide care and support and accelerate research toward treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure. You've shown that our work is important to you, just as it is to me. Please stand up against Alzheimer's with your first gift now before time runs out on your chance to double your #GivingTuesday impact.

Thank you in advance for making this #GivingTuesday an impactful one and for your support of our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.
