Coming to you first: May $500,000 Match Challenge

Limited-time $500,000 match offer
Alzheimer's Association DONATE NOW
$500,000 2X Match Challenge
Dear Tushar,
You're a valued member of our community, so I wanted to share this exciting news with you: A generous donor, who wishes to remain anonymous, has pledged to match all gifts, up to a total of $500,000. That means your first gift to our May $500,000 Match Challenge today can have twice the impact in our fight to end Alzheimer's disease.

In order to unlock our match, we need the help of new supporters just like you. We hope you'll join us as one of the critical new supporters we're counting on while you have the chance to make your impact go 2X as far today.

When you give today:
$16 can become $32.
$30 can become $60.
$50 can become $100.
Double my gift now.

This donor's generosity is motivated by the memory of his late father, who lived with dementia. He knows from personal experience how important it is to help those who are facing this terrible disease. His gift will go toward local care and support services and advancing research through the U.S. POINTER study, while your donation will enhance care and support and accelerate research.

We're grateful that you, too, have shown a commitment to our fight against Alzheimer's by joining our community. Please take the next step and make your first gift today, while your gift can have TWICE the impact in helping us further our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

Today, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's — and by mid-century, this number is projected to rise to nearly 13 million. We must act urgently to address this escalating health crisis. If you join us as a new supporter while your impact can go 2X as far, we can continue to provide:
  • Free resources to the millions of people facing Alzheimer's, including our 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) and online resources and education programs at alz.org.
  • Critical funding to advance research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's.
  • Funding for advocacy efforts at the state and federal levels for policies to improve the lives of all those impacted by Alzheimer's.
Please send your first gift while it can go 2X as far today.

Together, we can help end this devastating disease.

Sincerely,

Donna McCullough

P.S. It's more critical than ever that we take action to end Alzheimer's. Don't miss out on this limited-time opportunity to be one of our new supporters during our May $500,000 Match Challenge before the deadline on June 15. Please send your first donation today.
Your donation will strengthen our efforts to advance Alzheimer's care, support and research. From face-to-face support to online education programs and promising global research initiatives, your gift makes a difference in the lives of all those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias in your community and across the world. Thank you for your continued support.

You may be able to influence some Alzheimer's risk factors
Researchers have identified factors that increase the risk of Alzheimer's. The most important risk factors — age, family history and heredity — can't be changed, but emerging evidence suggests we may be able to influence other factors.

Fwd: Time is running out. Act now to claim your gift.

Dear Tushar,
Did you see the email I sent you earlier today?

If so, you know that today is the last day to get our END ALZ® cotton face mask by donating $25 or more to help fight Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This special offer ends at midnight tonight, and I urge you not to miss it.

If you haven't already donated to help the more than 6 million Americans who are living with Alzheimer's and their over 11 million caregivers, please do it now and claim your thank-you gift. Your support now will help further our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

It'll only take a moment of your time, but it'll do so much lasting good. And based on what we've heard from the many donors who already have one, you're going to love our face mask.

To find out more about this special offer, I've included my earlier message below.

Sincerely,
Donna McCullough

People like you are the heart and muscle behind everything we do for the millions of people living with Alzheimer's disease. Together, we can:
  • Advance critical research, so we can learn more about this progressive and fatal disease. Your support helps us continue to accelerate research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
  • Ensure that every hour of every day, when a caregiver or a person living with Alzheimer's calls our free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900), master's-level clinicians and specialists are there to provide much-needed resources and information.
  • Bring much-needed awareness to the nation's largest under-recognized public health crisis, thanks to our network of advocates who work at the federal and state levels to encourage legislation that will increase research funding and improve the lives of all those affected by Alzheimer's and dementia.
Together, we can further our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

I don't want you to miss out on this special opportunity to claim your thank-you gift for making your first donation.
