Make Your Summer Extra Special:
The Cure is in Sight

Our goal: Raise $15 million by June 2018.

As we all collectively welcome in summer and its warmth, GRF is excited to be kicking off a new season of our own, taking a very bold step this year by launching The Cure is in Sight: The Campaign for Glaucoma Research Foundation. Our goal: Raise $15 million by June 2018.

The Cure is in Sight Campaign's objective is to support the research, awareness, and education of glaucoma in pursuit of a cure for the leading cause of irreversible blindness. To accomplish this, we will focus on GRF's three most important pillars. The first is the Catalyst for a Cure Biomarker Initiative, which explores new biomarkers to help develop novel methods for diagnosing, monitoring, and treating glaucoma. The second is the Shaffer Grants for Innovative Glaucoma Research, which funds innovative researchers that often have difficulty finding support, opening the door for an expansion of research into glaucoma-related vision loss and bringing us ever closer to a cure. The third, and final, pillar of the campaign is to strengthen glaucoma education and awareness through events like Glaucoma 360, an annual forum that unites scientists, clinicians, and industry leaders, encouraging the development of new advances in treatment for the benefit of glaucoma patients.

You can help make this summer a little extra bright by signing up to support the campaign. Every donor, every supporter, every new voice and helping hand will push us forward on our path toward our $15 million goal. Please consider standing alongside GRF as we work to bring the cure for glaucoma into sight.
