Summer isn't fun for every child

THE SUMMER STRETCH

School vacation should be a fun and exciting time for a child, filled with cookouts, ice cream and neighborhood games with friends. But if you are a child from a low-income household already struggling with hunger, losing up to two meals per day can mean a lot of long, hunger filled days. Meals that are provided at school are suddenly gone and it leaves families scrambling to fill the void. Our three food pantries have always provided emergency food to these families.  We are heading into the Summer Stretch - a time when donations are low and the need for emergency food is high. We are asking the community for help to continue to serve these families. Through our partnership and buying power with the Greater Boston Food Bank and Worcester County Food Bank your donation has 4x the impact.

Help us stop childhood hunger this summer.
