Dear Tushar,
Thank you for standing with us in the fight against Alzheimer's disease. Your support makes it possible for the Alzheimer's Association to offer free programs and services for caregivers as they face Alzheimer's and its impact on everyday life. Caregiving requires devotion and love. But caregiving can be emotionally, physically and financially draining.

National Family Caregivers Month is a time to recognize and honor the 16 million family members and friends who provide an estimated 18.4 billion hours of unpaid care to those living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.

Thanks to the generosity of friends like you, we're able to provide programs and services designed to help caregivers, including:

24/7 Helpline 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900): Specialists and master’s-level clinicians are available all day, every day to provide answers, referrals, crisis assistance and emotional support.
Caregiver Training Caregiver Training: We offer online training courses and even in-person classes at many local chapters to teach caregivers effective strategies for every stage of Alzheimer's.
Online Support Online Support: Our online community, ALZConnected®, is a place caregivers can go to ask questions, get advice and connect with others facing the disease.

One of the best ways to support caregivers is to ensure they're taking care of themselves physically and emotionally. If you're a caregiver or know someone who is, the Association is always available for support via the 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) or our website at alz.org, which hosts many resources for caregivers.

Caregivers are so important to our community; we honor and recognize all those providing care, this November and all year long.

Sincerely,

Donna McCullough
