This week, we celebrated #GivingTuesday. It's such a wonderful time to give back and support the causes that matter most to us. That special spirit of giving is too important for just one day.

As the year winds down, I'm grateful to say we have made landmark strides in the fight against Alzheimer's. Families across the nation coping with Alzheimer's relied on us for care and support when they needed it most — and drew hope from the more than 950 best-of-field scientific investigations we're currently funding in 48 countries.
